The new improved “fusion” edition of our LegholderRX® standard features special hemispherical knobs on the side of the stirrups to allow easier sliding of the drapes between the stirrups and to prevent the foot from slipping out sideways. The increased height between stirrups ensures enhanced stability.

Types of surgeries that can be performed with LegholderRX®
The Legholder RX® provides stable positioning of the foot and the leg, allowing surgery in six different knee – joint flexion positions without support in the poplitea. Fixation is performed directly by Velcro straps around the OR table before prepping.
This way of positioning in combination with a lateral thigh post is very helpful in open knee surgeries such as arthroplasties, osteotomies, cartilage reconstruction and patellar surgery.
Motion at the ankle joint is free. The malleoli and the center of the ankle joint are easily palpable, thus facilitating axial alignment.
NEW IMPROVED VELCRO STRAPS
Available in two lenghts
The specially designed fastening straps with Velcro fasteners enable quick and stable installation.
To ensure secure and optimum fastening, the straps must be replaced at the latest after six months of use or after 200 applications.
S: SHORT VELCRO STRAPS

Short straps for the majority of operating tables with separate and independently movable leg sections on the right and left. Advantage: Simpler and more stable assembly with freedom of movement of the individual leg sections.
